Our food is inspired by Vietnamese cuisine. Trang Dai, the woman behind Chay Vegan, grew up in Vietnam and has extensive experience in vegan cooking. Our aim is to show that vegan food can be good, exciting and varied. We try to create imaginative dishes, which should be easily accessible to our guests, whether they want to take the food with them or eat in our premises.
After the Gladmat Festival, in the summer of 2022, we learned that there is a great demand for vegan food. That gave us the extra motivation to take the step further into the restaurant industry. Our pleasant premises are perfect whether you want to enjoy a meal by yourself or with those you love. Our opening hours are:
